What we hold
- Anonymous install ID — a random identifier generated on first launch, used only to track your story purchases and enforce per-device limits. It is not linked to your name or any personal identity.
- Purchase tokens — a transaction token provided by Google Play or the Apple App Store, retained for dispute resolution. We receive no payment card details.
- API request logs — anonymised server logs retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging, then automatically deleted.
- Voice recordings — deleted from our systems immediately after narration completes (typically within 60 seconds). We hold zero voice data at rest.
We do not hold your name, email address, Google account, Apple ID, or payment card details.
How to find your Install ID
Open the app and go to Settings → Support → Install ID.
Submit a deletion request
Fill in the form below and we will delete your data within 30 days.
⚠ Warning — this cannot be undone
Deleting your data will remove your install ID and any purchased story entitlements linked to it. You will lose access to stories you have purchased through this install. Please make sure you have finished with the app before submitting.
Note: purchase tokens required for dispute resolution may be retained for up to 7 years per financial regulations, but contain no personal identifiers.
